The Difference and Margins Between Manchester United And Manchester City Is Not Only The Opacity Between Th Home Colours. 

The two Manchester forces are traditionally separated by History, in which the Red Devils dominate without comparison.

Mourinho team lacks pedigree, pace and are without a scary face to intimidate their oppositions. They don't look like opposition teams thoroughly prepare for them, whereas the Blues are feared and they prove it by pressing oppositions for 90 minutes without break and convert most of their chances.

If Man United score first, they would relax and wait for opposition to equalize before they can start playing again. Which means that Man United are not unlucky but too relaxed and lazy as they fart fat pay cheques.

If Sir Alex Ferguson managed to win the Premier League with Daren Fletcher, Anderson, Danny Welbeck, Ji-sung Park, Wes Brown, Raphael and Fabio, then I don't know who they must buy to complement and regain reputation in English Football.

The United hierarchy as well as Mourinho need to change their attitude towards the players, a sincere word of encouragement can make a difference. Mourinho's public remarks are sometimes divisive, demoralizing and mentally draining.

If the current squad can not turn things around and become consistent, win the Premier League and reach the Champions League last 8 in the current season or next, Then they need a Psychologist to lead them and not Jose Mourinho or any other Football manager.
